I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Supervisor in Virginia, and have over seventeen years of experience in providing counseling in a variety of settings. I received a Bachelors in Science from Georgetown University, and a Masters of Science from Virginia Tech, where I studied Marriage and Family Therapy. I have additional training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). 

I am a practicing Catholic, and one of my interests is integrating faith and counseling.
